Donna Kirk is the author of the non-fiction narrative Finding Matthew, A Child with Brain Damage, A Young Man with Mental Illness, A Son and Brother with Extraordinary Spirit, published by PBS Publishing Toronto and New York. Finding Matthew, published in 2012, is still selling. Donna’s short stories have been published in The Quick Brown Fox, Canadian Voices Volume Two, Ars Medica, Commuter Lit, Desi Express and the Daily American, a U.S. newspaper. Donna lives with her husband Ed, in Oakville, Ontario. She and Ed have three grown children.
